On any given day there will be numerous of these and other items available. We use the highest quality organic ingredients. Most dishes are wheat-free and everything is vegan except for the use of honey in some items.

Salads: Cauliflower Tabouli, Sesame-Sea Palm Fronds, Zucchini Parpadelle (in a variety of styles: Pesto, Marinara, Fresca, ect.), Sprouted French Lentil Salad, Broccoli w/ House-Made Mustard, Fennel w/ Green Olives, Thai Curry Vegetables.

Entrees: Daily Collard Wraps, Miso-Ginger Nori Rolls, Marinated Veggi Pesto Pizza, Rawco (Raw Taco), Eggplant-Spinach Lasagna, Falafel w/ Tzazik, Stuffed Red Bell Peppers.


Snacks: Apple-Walnut-Goji Granola, Kale Chips, Sprouted Hummus, Flavored Nuts & Seeds, Pico De Gallo, Guacamole, Hemp-Walnut Crackers.


Desserts: Chocolate Mousse, Better Than Cheesecake, Mango-Coconut Custard, Chocolate Decadence, Seasonal Pies & Tarts, Flavored Chocolates.

Dressings: Cesar, Asian Vinaigrette, Lemon Tahini, Honey Mustard, Italian Vinaigrette.
